Many of us believe that unexpected events or shocks create fertile conditions for major life by sparking us to reflect about our desires and priorities. This holds true for coronavirus pandemic recently. Lifestyle has a significant influence on physical and mental health of human being. The constant thing in life is change. That doesn’t mean that we ever get used to it or fully embrace it.
Following tips for coping with big changes for coming a better person out of it –
1. Acknowledge that things are changing.
2. Realize that even a good change can cause stress.
3. Maintain your regular schedule as much as possible.

6. Write down positives that have come from this change.

8. Be proactive – take charge and working preventatively.
9. Support group that you consider can be helpful.

Inactive lifestyle has negative health risks such as obesity, high blood pressure, cholesterol, stroke and heart disease. Type 2 diabetes, metalbolic sysndrome, certain cancers.
Finally, give yourself a break. In time of change, you may feel a bit out of control. You may feel like you are not living upto your expectations for yourself. Nothing says you have to function 100 percent all the time. It's learning from mistakes that really counts. Make a point to involve laughter into your life.
You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough. Inspiration does exist, but it must find you working. Seek a slower simple life.
