CM Arvind Kejriwal wrote a letter to the Prime Minister. The letter has been written for the exemption of fare for the elder people in rail travel.
Kejriwal said that it is very unfortunate to end the exemption of the elder people. He further added his intention that the country cannot progress without the blessings of elders. He said,“My appeal to PM is to restore it again. We make pilgrimage to the elder people free of cost.” He further said, “It is wrong to end the exemption of the elder people to save 1600 crores only.”
