Directed by Shiva Nirvana, the film features Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Vijay Deverakonda in the lead roles. Kushi also stars Jayaram, Sachin Khedekar, Murali Sharma, Lakshmi, Ali, Rohini, Vennela Kishore, Rahul Ramakrishna, Srikanth Iyengar and Saranya Pradeep.
