If reports are to be believed, Bollywood ace filmmaker Karan Johar is keen to bring celebrity couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor on the couch for the first episode of Koffee with Karan season 8. For those unaware, Koffee with Karan is one of the most popular chat shows. A report in Mid Day revealed that the filmmaker is keen to open the new season with celebrity couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor. KJo wants to feature new combinations and that Ranbir and Alia are on top of his list.
Further, a report stated, “He would also love to have Shah Rukh Khan, who was conspicuous by his absence in the last edition, feature in the opening episode or the season finale.” The gorgeous Alia has opened the last three seasons of the chat show. In the first episode of season 5, the actress graced the couch with Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan. For the opening episode of season 6, the actress appeared with actress Deepika Padukone. For season 7, the actress graced the premiere episode with her Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani co-star Ranveer Singh.
Meanwhile, Ranbir is gearing up for Animal, while Alia is rumoured to debut at MET Gala 2023.
