On Monday, a war memorial honouring troops who died in the line of duty was unveiled in Mayyil, Kannur district, Kerala.
The memorial was constructed near the Mayyil bus stand in Kannur, and the project was spearheaded by the Mayyil Ex-Servicemen Welfare Association. Colonel Lokendra Singh, Commander of the Kannur DSC Station, dedicated the monument.
