Training on road safety, CPR, and life support systems was given in Kanoria PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya. This training was conducted in collaboration with the Basic Life Support Training Centre, WHO Collaborating Center for Emergency and Trauma Care, AIIMS, New Delhi and Rajasthan Transport and Road Safety.
During this, the students were trained to provide assistance to the injured in road accidents, and the practice of the CPR system was also conducted by trained instructors.
During the training, trainees were explained in detail about the primary assistance given to patients in case of road accidents and other emergency situations before reaching the hospital.
On this occasion, Ujjwal Sharma, DSP, Road Safety Department, L.N. Pandey, Senior Medical Officer, and Road Safety Specialist Nisha Bagga were also present. College principal Dr Seema Agrawal, highlighting the importance of the centre, emphasized making students aware of road safety and traffic rules, urging them to become responsible citizens of society.
Vice-principals and teachers were also present at the program. Meanwhile, 55 students were trained. Such training is conducted twice a month at the college, benefiting as many students as possible.
