The demolition of a new illegal colony being established on about 50 bighas of government land in the ecological zone Jaisinghpura Khor was done on Tuesday by the Jaipur Development Authority in Zone-10A.
Chief Controller of Enforcement Dharmendra Kumar Yadav said that illegal occupation and encroachment were done again on about 50 bighas of government land in front of Devi Ratan Hotel, located in the eco-friendly zone under the jurisdiction of Zone-10A.
On receiving information about the setting up of an illegal colony, the enforcement squad demolished it with the help of JCB machines and labourers on Tuesday under the supervision of the revenue and technical staff of Zone-10A.
Yadav said, “Action will be taken against those who encroach or encroach on government land. A letter was written to the Deputy Commissioner Zone-10 to conserve and properly utilize the government land. The proceedings were carried out on behalf of the enforcement squad on the instructions of Deputy Controller Enforcement-IV, Enforcement Officer Zone-10A, 10, 08 and Japta available in the authority, Labor Guard and Jabta of local police station Jaisinghpur Khor and the revenue and technical staff posted in the zone.”
Collective campaign of JDA and Municipal Corporation
JDA and Municipal Corporation conducted a collective campaign and took action in the jurisdiction of Zone-02. In this, the platforms built illegally by encroachment and encroachment on both sides of the road boundary for about 02 kilometres from Hasanpura to Ajmer Road were freed from encroachment.
Besides, excessively long stairs, stairs, carts, tables, chairs, hoardings and signboards were cleared of encroachments. The action was carried out by the enforcement squad under the supervision of the Enforcement Officer Zone-02, 07 and the Japte, Labor Guard and Municipal Corporation available in the authority and the revenue and technical staff posted in the zone.
