The Income Tax Department conducted investigations at the residence of Rajendra Yadav, the serving Minister of State for Home and Higher Education in Rajasthan on Wednesday.
The raids are taking place across Uttarakhand, including Kotputli, his assembly constituency, and business premises.
“IT department is conducting search operations at business premises and residences in Kotputli, as well as business premises in Uttarakhand,” Yadav confirmed.
Yadav and his family run a packing material and food product business that includes wheat flour and pulses.
