In an intriguing venture into the street food industry, popular influencer Sarthak Sachdeva explored the realm of momo sales to unveil the unexpected earnings of a local stall. His revelations quickly gained traction on social media, with an Instagram video documenting his experience at the busy momo stall garnering over 23 million views.

Clad in complete vendor attire, Sachdeva immersed himself in the lively environment, helping set up and run the stall. Known for his captivating content on YouTube, where he has over 1.47 million subscribers, he first learned the art of making momos before stepping into the fast-paced food service.

The momo stall offered steamed momos priced at Rs 60 and tandoori momos at Rs 80, quickly becoming popular. Within the first 90 minutes, they sold around 55 plates, and by evening, demand soared with a total of about 121 plates of steamed momos and 60 to 70 plates of tandoori momos sold in just four hours.

Sachdeva detailed the day’s earnings, which reached an impressive Rs 13,500. Intrigued, he spoke with the stall owner to gain insight into the finances, uncovering operational costs between Rs 6,000 and Rs 7,000. After expenses, the net profit for the day was between Rs 7,500 and Rs 8,000.

By estimating these figures, Sachdeva calculated the stall’s potential monthly income at approximately Rs 2.4 lakh, equating to nearly Rs 30 lakh annually—a revelation that ignited lively discussions on social media.

Viewers responded enthusiastically, with the comments section filled with astonished reactions. “He insulted my degree in every possible way,” one user said, while another expressed frustration, stating, “So all my education is going to waste.”

A third user humorously remarked, “Bhai soch raha hoon ek hi stall mein chai vada pav aur momos teeno rakhlun phir paisa hi paisa hoga.” (I think I will also open one tea stall, vada pav, and momos. I will keep all three of them, and there will be showers of money.)
