India’s ace pacer, Jasprit Bumrah, has been out of international cricket for a long time due to injury. However, his recovery rate is satisfactory, and he has started bowling in the nets.

The star pacer posted a video on social media, where he could be seen bowling in the nets. It is a clear indication that Bumrah is likely to be match-fit before the upcoming Asia Cup and the World Cup.

The star pacer has been out of action since September 2022, and during this period he missed the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022 held in Australia and remained out of action in the 2023 IPL tournament.

He underwent surgery on his lower back in New Zealand in April. But his fans failed to see his unique bowling action as he didn’t take the field due to a recurring injury.

After the injury, Bumrah resumed his cricketing activity in November and started bowling in December. He started his exercise in the NCA, but once again started facing discomfort while taking up higher workloads during the fitness session in January this year.

Bumrah likes to return to the team as quickly as possible. His presence will give ohter Indian bowlers an advantage in all formats of the game. It seems that he has overcome his injury and is ready to return to the Indian squad soon.

He has hinted that he is getting close to being fully healthy, much to the pleasure of his supporters. He is likely to play in the mega event, Cricket World, which will be held in India from October 5.
