A significant terrorist incident was thwarted by the Indian Army a day before Republic Day as they successfully destroyed an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) discovered in Pulwama district, Jammu and Kashmir. The IED, planted on the Badibagh-Pahoo road, was neutralized without causing harm to life or property.
The Srinagar-based Chinar Corps of the Army, known as #ChinarWarriors, played a crucial role in averting the potential threat. In a post on social media, they stated, “#ChinarWarriors averted a major terror incident today by recovering & in-situ destroying an IED on Badibagh-Pahoo Road, Pulwama.
