Key Details:
- The incident occurred on Saturday when the victims, identified as Vivek and Amit, along with a third individual, were traveling from Gurugram to Bareilly to attend a wedding.

- Locals discovered the wreckage and the deceased occupants the following morning, notifying the police.
Police Statement:
- “At 9:30 AM, a damaged car was found in the Ramganga River. Upon inspection, it was identified as a Wagon R, possibly a hired taxi. The vehicle had fallen from the incomplete bridge,” said a police official.
