Notably, this is the eighth instance since May 22 when Delhi’s peak demand has crossed the 8000 MW mark.
BRPL and BYPL, the city’s power distribution companies, have commendably met this increased demand in their respective areas, showcasing their capability to handle such high loads efficiently. DISCOM officials have affirmed their commitment to ensuring a reliable and robust power supply despite escalating demands, emphasizing the strategic management of resources to meet the city’s energy needs.
