Cat, Not Leopard: Delhi Police Clarify Rumors About An Animal Captured On Camera During Oath-Taking Ceremony

During the live telecast of the oath-taking ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan yesterday, an image of an animal captured on camera has been circulating across various media channels and social media platforms. Some sources claimed the animal to be a wild creature, sparking widespread speculation and concern.

However, the Delhi Police have stepped in to clarify the situation. In an official tweet, they stated that the animal in question is merely a common house cat, dismissing the rumors as unfounded. The tweet urged the public to avoid spreading such frivolous misinformation.

The Delhi Police’s prompt response aims to curb the spread of false information about an animal captured on camera and reassure the public that there was no wild animal present at the official event. The clarification has been well-received, with many appreciating the authorities’ efforts to maintain transparency and prevent unnecessary panic.
