BJP Gears Up for Lok Sabha Polls and Ram Temple Pran Prathistha in UP Meeting

In a strategic move ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections and the imminent Pran Prathistha of Ram Temple, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is set to convene a crucial meeting in Lucknow today. The meeting, scheduled for 11 am, will be spearheaded by BJP National Secretary Vinod Tawde and attended by prominent leaders, including Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak, and Keshav Prasad Maury.

Key figures such as BJP State President Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary and State General Secretary Organisation Dharampal Singh will also participate in the discussions. Ministers Surya Pratap Shahi, Swatantra Dev Singh, Narendra Kumar Kashyap, and Suresh Kumar Khanna are expected to contribute to the formulation of the election strategy.

Simultaneously, the BJP is conducting nationwide media workshops to amplify its outreach efforts in the run-up to the Lok Sabha polls. Union Ministers, including Hardeep Singh Puri and Smriti Irani, have been actively involved in hosting these workshops, aiming to enhance awareness about the party’s welfare schemes and equip state leaders with effective communication strategies.

Additionally, on January 9, the BJP organized the Shakti Vandan national workshop to strategize outreach to NGOs and self-help groups in preparation for the 2024 Lok Sabha polls. Addressing issues concerning women’s self-help groups and NGOs, the party formed 25 groups with equal gender representation.

These groups are tasked with making direct contact with over 10 crore women, with the BJP setting a target to increase its share of women voters by 10 per cent. The groups will coordinate with Block Development Officers to engage with Self Help Groups and NGOs, emphasizing the party’s commitment to broadening its support base in the upcoming elections.
