Bickering in NCP leaves MLAs in confusion

The Monsoon Session of the Maharashtra Assembly is witnessing chaos on the opposition benches as half of the MLAs of both the factions of the NCP refrained from attending the session on the second day as well, especially in the wake of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar and his team meeting NCP chief Sharad Pawar for two continuous days at YB Centre in Mumbai.
Ajit Pawar, who sat in the opposition during the budget session, is seen sitting with the government on treasury bench. He was seen with 24 MLAs. At the same time, around dozen MLAs from the Sharad Pawar faction were seen attending the session and sitting on the Opposition benches.
Interestingly, few MLAs were seen on both sides NCP leader Sharad Pawar is busy in attending the Opposition meet in Bengaluru while his nephew Ajit Pawar is already on his NDA mission in the national capital.
Maharashtra Assembly Speaker Rahul Narvekar is facing the ire of Sharad Pawar-led MLAs for the scattered sitting arrangement.
