Member of Parliament Kartikeya Sharma was felicitated grandly in Karola village on Sunday. Kartikeya Sharma said that we should always serve our parents first. He said that he has come into politics by following the footsteps of his father PanditVenod Sharma and is influenced by him. Pandit Venod Sharma ji always raised the voice of rights of the people and worked to get them implemented by the government. He said that he would follow the footsteps of his fatherPanditVenod Sharma ji.
He said that in the Parliament, he had raised many issues on the floor of the house and will continue to raise them further. The MP said that he will always raise the voice of the people and the youth and take it towards the solution.
Kartikeya Sharma said that when he reached this village, a road was broken on the way. He said that it is his duty to talk to the government for the construction of the road. He said that he would try to complete the construction of the road from HailyMandi to Karola at the earliest. Kartikeya Sharma said that the media often asks him why he praises PM Modi. “I want to say that I do not praise the PM but his works. What Prime Minister Modi has done is commendable,” he added.
Kartikeya Sharma said, “A few days ago, when I went to a program of a Congress leader, it was said that I will join the Congress. One day in between, when I went to JJP’s program, there was a discussion that I will join JJP, but I want to say that I will not join anyone. I am a person living among people and will be with people only and will always raise my voice for them.”
He said that in order to take the country forward in the AmritKaal, we have to carry forward five vows and adopt these five vows. What can be a better example of social harmony than that people of 36 fraternities voted for me, all parties voted for me, only then I became an MP.
