TDP Chief and opposition leader Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday was issued summons by the Hyderabad Police to appear before them with evidence.

His son Lokesh Nara and another leader Varla Ramaiah were also served notices for raising the same issues on social media platforms. Naidu and his son were constantly attacking the police and the Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy for the deteriorating law and order situation in the state. He raised suspicion on the role of the police in tampering with the evidence in the sensational Dalit youth Om Prathap’s death case in Chittoor district.

TDP Chief also said that due to harassment by YSRCP leaders, he committed suicide and demanding to expose who was behind it.

Moreover, Naidu had raised serious allegations and made serious accusations against the police for not revealing the call lists details of the victim. Madanapalle DSP issued the notice under CrPC Section 91 to Chandrababu Naidu to appear before him and produce evidence within two weeks’ time.
