Jaipur: A significant case of triple talaq has come to light in the state capital, Jaipur. The victim filed a complaint at Ramganj Police Station against the accused, identified as Mazhar alias Mazzi. According to the complaint lodged at Ramganj Police Station by the victim, her marriage to Mazhar, a resident of the Ramganj area, took place in January 2023. Right from the beginning of their marriage, the accused allegedly subjected her to physical abuse and constantly pressured her to reduce her family’s expenses.
During this period, on July 20, 2023, the accused allegedly sent her a divorce message via WhatsApp. It’s worth noting that the elder brother of the accused had reportedly given triple talaq to his wife in the past.
