Mafia Mukhtar Ansari’s son Umar Ansari reached the Supreme Court demanding cancellation of the case registered in the case of land grab in Jiamau, Lucknow. Hearing will be held today in the Supreme Court. He did not get relief from the Allahabad High Court. However, Umar Ansari is absconding these days.
The case pertains to the illegal grabbing of land at Jiamau in Lucknow. Mukhtar Ansari and his two sons Umar and Abbas Ansari are accused in this case.Earlier in April, the Allahabad HC had dismissed Umar’s plea. In the Supreme Court, a bench of Justice BR Gavai and Justice Sanjay Karol will hear the petition of Umar Ansari.
