On March1, 2024, all of the district’s Gram Panchayats will receive certification as being TB-free. To inspect 25 Gram Panchayats chosen by the District Health Department, a delegation from the Haryana Health Department will be in Panchkula. Higher officials will receive an interim report on Gram Panchayats free of tuberculosis from the delegation. On March 24, World TB Day, the chosen Gram Panchayats will be recognized at a district-level program.

Every Gram Panchayat in the district will be certified as being TB-free on March 1, 2024. A delegation from the Haryana Health Department will be in Panchkula to inspect the 25 Gram Panchayats that the District Health Department has selected. The delegation will submit an interim report on tuberculosis-free Gram Panchayats to higher authorities. The selected Gram Panchayats will be honored at a district-level function on March 24, World TB Day.
