The Government of Haryana has established a dedicated Foreign Cooperation Department (FCD), responsible for Haryana’s foreign engagement, forging bilateral ties at the international level, and assisting the Haryanvi diaspora spread across the globe. The Department also aims to improve the socio-economic welfare of the State and its people by facilitating overseas placements. FCD has been in touch with various stakeholders regarding overseas placement and received requirements of the following jobs from National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) in Israel based on the Migration and Mobility Agreement signed between the Government of India and the Government of Israel in November 2023.

Now the Foreign Cooperation Department (FCD) established by the state government to save the people who are constantly being pigeonholed in foreign countries from being cheated, is making the dreams of the youth come true. The impact of this department is also visible. Demand for workers has started coming from all four countries of the UK, England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales, Israel, Finland, Japan, Uzbekistan, UAE and Russia. The department will also be in constant touch with the governments of other countries to ensure that the youth going out for work do not face any problems. The department aims to improve the socio-economic welfare of the state and its people by facilitating overseas placements.

The special thing is that the government is inviting applications for going abroad through advertisement and recruitment is being done through HKRN only. Through HKRN, about 14 thousand youth will be sent to England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales, Israel, Finland, Japan, Uzbekistan, UAE and Russia. A special campaign is being run by the government in the MDU campus of Rohtak to go to Israel. In which 8 thousand 173 applications have been received so far.

This campaign, which started from January 16, will continue till January 20. For this entire campaign, a 15-member team from Israel has also reached Haryana. The Israeli government will give the youth a salary of Rs 1.37 lakh along with health insurance, food, accommodation and a bonus of Rs 16,515 per month. Regarding this, FCD Director Dr. Anshaj Singh says that a large number of qualified youth from Haryana go abroad. Many times they fall prey to fraud by middlemen. But this will not happen now. The youth will go abroad with the help of state government agency HKRN and the Centre. For this, Haryana government is running a special campaign. A large number of demands are being received from youth from abroad. The government is also registering such youth who are willing to go abroad.

HKRN has already issued advertisements for overseas employment. In this advertisement, exactly what employment is available in which country and how much salary is shown. There is a need for 2500 healthcare nurses in the UK, while there is a demand for 10 thousand construction workers in Israel. Apart from this, demand has come from Finland, UAE, Uzbekistan for driver, fitter and other technical posts.
