Haryana Staff Selection Commission has prepared to conduct written examination for 11990 posts of 9 groups out of 32000 posts of Group C. Commission Chairman Bhopal Singh Khadri said that the Commission will file an appeal in the Punjab Haryana High Court seeking permission to conduct the papers of these groups. In fact, there are less than 4 times the number of candidates in these groups, so despite getting marks on socio-economic criteria, it will not make any difference to those candidates who do not get these marks.
On behalf of the single batch of the High Court, the decision has been given to cancel the CET score of Group C and start the recruitment process after issuing the revised CET score after verification before giving the marks of socio-economic criteria.
The Commission has filed an appeal in the double bench against the decision of the single batch of HC, in which permission was sought to take the already fixed papers of Group 56 and 57, the double bench had given this permission, but others The Commission had not sought permission from the High Court to take the papers of the remaining groups. On the last hearing, Advocate General Baldev Raj Mahajan had requested the division bench to allow the remaining groups to conduct their papers, but till then the sorting work had not been done by the Commission.
Now the Commission has shortlisted these groups, which have less than four times the number of candidates as per the provision of calling four times the total number of posts as per the CET notification.
Commission Chairman Bhopal Singh Khadri said that there are three groups for which skill test is necessary before the written examination, these include the posts of Stenographer in both languages, Stenographer English and Stenographer Hindi, hence an appeal was filed in the High Court on behalf of the Commission. It will be said that all the candidates of these three groups should be allowed to take the skill test because the condition of calling four times the number of candidates for the written examination should be fulfilled among the candidates who pass the skill test.
