CHANDIGARH: In a bid to create new job possibilities, the state government had set up Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam and the results of this have started to come as a total of 28,787 people have been offered jobs so far. Out of which 12,309 persons have joined their respective jobs. Besides this, so far, experience verification of around 37% of the outsourced employees has been done.

Besides, departments, boards, corporations and others have so far integrated the data of 29,745 employees with the Nigam.

Apart from this, departments are also executing the process of adding new posts in the Nigam as per the requirements. Haryana (GAD) office has notified the Kaushal Rozgar Nigam wage rates for the supply of manpower, replacing the district wise DC rates, through a notification dated 19 January 2022, 179 job roles have been notified along with their wages ranging from Level I to IV, covering all districts, UT Chandigarh and Delhi in three categories.

Divulging information regarding this, Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal said that the Main Secretariat Establishment has also completed 100% experience verification work of the candidates. Similarly, many other departments have also completed 100 percent experience verification work of the candidates and in this direction, the rest of the departments are continuously working.

Further he said that since 179 notified job roles do not cover the requirement of all departments, boards, and corporations etc, therefore, the procedure for creating new job designations/job roles has been initiated for which a module has been made available on the Nigam’s IT portal. Through this module, the departments can submit their online request for creation of new designations with the prescribed qualification and with the approval of PS (SDIT) the Nigam will then notify the creation of new designations in wage levels I to IV.
