Haryana Cabinet has finalized the date of the budget session. The budget session of Haryana Assembly will start on 20th February. After finalizing the session date, Haryana Congress has now become active. To corner the government in the House, Congress has called a meeting of the Legislative Party (CLP) on 7 February.

In this meeting, all the party MLAs along with former CM Bhupendra Singh Hooda will make strategies for the budget session. This time in the session, the party will raise an issue regarding the loan of thousands of crores taken by the Haryana government.
Former Haryana CM Bhupendra Singh Hooda is continuously attacking Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar over the loan issue. Regarding the debt on the state, he has said that if my figures are wrong then the government should issue a white paper.
The former CM has also claimed that the situation in Haryana has become such that even the salaries of the employees are in crisis. Employees are being given salaries late by 10 to 15 days.

The former Chief Minister has said that the Haryana government has taken a loan of Rs 19141 and 17946 thousand crore from the State Bank of India (SBI). Apart from this, Haryana government has taken loan of Rs 14995 crore from Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Rs 13012 crore from NABARD.

CM Manohar leaders are calling the opposition figures wrong. He has also claimed that he is saying that Haryana has a debt of Rs 4 lakh 15 thousand crores, whereas today Haryana has a debt of Rs 2 lakh 27 thousand crores. He said that in the current financial year, Haryana government could have taken a loan of Rs 40 thousand 872 crore, but the government has taken a loan of only Rs 32 thousand 500 crore.

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal said that we took loan of 2.99 percent of the fiscal deficit, which is the best in the entire country. He said that the opposition does not have any issue right now. She is only promoting Bharat Jodo Yatra. That’s why he is blaming the government unnecessarily.
