Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Monday inaugurated a 60-bed Covid Care Centre established with the collaborative efforts of Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, IILM University, Gurugram University, the District Administration and industry partners.
Vice Chancellor of Shri Vishwakarma Skill University Raj Nehru, Vice Chancellor of IILM University Dr Sujata Sahi, Vice Chancellor of Gurugram University Dr Markandey Ahuja, SVSU Registrar Prof. RS Rathore, Dean Prof. Rishipal and other officials also joined in the event and provided detailed information about the facilities which would be provided to Covid patients at the newly established care centre.
Nehru informed the CM that the centre will also provide ambulance facility within a radius of 30 km, besides oxygen facilities for patients.
Besides the contributions of the academic partners, the Covid Care Centre has been built with the support of several industry partners like The Lalit Hotel and Bikanerwala. Representatives of all the contributing institutes were also present at the inauguration.
