The founder of the banned Sikhs for Justice (SFJ), designated terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, has made a new video pleading with Sikhs not to board Air India planes after November 19 because they may be in danger. On November 19, he said, Air India would not be permitted to operate.

“We are asking the Sikh people not to fly via Air India. From November 19, there will be a global blockade. Air India won’t be allowed to operate. Sikh people, don’t travel by Air India after November 19. Your life can be in danger,” Pannun said in the video that is circulating on social media.

Pannun claimed that Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport would remain shut on November 19 and that its name would be changed. He highlighted that this is the same day on which the final match of the ongoing Cricket World Cup will take place.
“It is the same day in November on which the final match of the World Terror Cup will be played,” he said.
“The name of this airport will be Shahid Beant Singh, Shahid Satwant Singh Khalistan airport, when Punjab will be liberated,” he added.

Chief of Staff for SFJ Pannun has threatened people before. Amidst a diplomatic spat between India and Canada over the murder of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar in September, he called on Hindu-Canadians to leave the country. In a video that went viral on social media, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun claimed that Sikhs who supported Khalistan had continuously demonstrated their allegiance to Canada. He continued by threatening and pressuring Hindus living in Indo-Canada to leave the nation. Gurpatwant Singh Pannun’s hate speech went viral, and Hindu Forum Canada’s lawyers requested that the Canadian Immigration Minister forbid Pannun from entering the country.
