The Gujarat High Court in the case observed and has announced the extension of its pilot hybrid mode of hearing cases to all courtrooms. The Gujarat High Court hybris hearing under the approval and directions of the Chief Justice and Judges of the Standing Committee of the High Court, thus, the hybrid hearing will be conducted on a regular basis for all the remaining Division Benches, Single Judge Benches, and Larger Benches formed from time to time, starting from the cause lists for 29.09.2023 onwards.
However, the said system has been running successfully for four Division Benches of the High Court for the past couple of months. The Advocates and the Parties-in-person which are involved listed the said matter now have the option to submit their preference for hybrid hearings online. Therefore, all other procedures and the facilities will adhere to the Standard Operating Procedure outlined in the circular of the High Court No. ITC/98/2023 dated June 13, 2023.
