A Gujarat Court issued fresh summons to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and AAP leader Sanjay Singh on 7 June in a case involving the education of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Sanjay Singh and Kejriwal have both been summoned by the Metropolitan Magistrates’ Court in Ahmedabad, as per the counsel of the petitioner, Amit Nayak.

“Arvind Kejriwal and Sanjay Singh were ordered to appear in court on 15 April by the judge. The hearing was scheduled for today. However, it appears that the summons lacked clarity, so the judge ruled that both accused parties should get fresh summons and copies of the complaint. The next hearing is scheduled for 7 June,” Nayak informed media persons.

The Chief Information Commission (CIC) ruling had previously been overturned by the Gujarat High Court on 31 March. As a result, the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) was not required to provide the degree and postgraduate degree certificates of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The High Court also imposed Rs 25,000 on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who had sought details regarding the PM’s degree certificate.

In response, the Delhi Chief Minister attacked the BJP and demanded that it should put PM’s college degrees in the public domain.

Doesn’t the nation even have a right to know how much education their prime minister has undergone? He vehemently opposed showing off his degree in court. Why? And those who demand to see their degree will be fined? What is happening?
