Amid a standoff with the government Governor, RN Ravi walked out of the assembly before the national anthem was played as chief minister M K Stalin moved a resolution on Monday. In the resolution, CM Stalin said the government which has prepared the customary speech for the first day of the House’s winter session will go on record.
