YouTubers Gaurav Taneja and Ritu Rathee have recently been the subject of intense speculation regarding their separation. However, on Saturday (October 19), Gaurav shared a joyful picture with Ritu, responding to those commenting on their personal lives.
In the photo, the couple appears happy, sitting together in a car and posing for a selfie. In his caption, Gaurav urged fans to comprehend their situation and explained why he wants everyone to respect their privacy.
“To everyone reading this, your parents must have also gone through some tough times in their marriage and might not have even disclosed it to you (immediate family). The message is clear, jab tumhare maa baap ne tumhe apne relation mein nahi ghusaya, to please hum kaise ghusaye,” Gaurav wrote.

Addressing the trolls, he added, “Every sensible person would understand this.”
Gaurav’s post suggests that a divorce is not on the horizon, contrary to reports from a couple of weeks ago. Recently, Ritu also released a video statement clarifying the situation.
While some users expressed happiness at seeing the couple together, others criticized them, claiming it was all a “PR stunt.” One user commented, “Everyone knows it was a publicity stunt,” while another said, “I know bhaiya relationship ups n downs hote hai but happy ki aap dono sath hai kush hai.”
Last month, a video featuring Ritu speaking with spiritual leader Premanand Maharaj went viral, in which she sought advice about fighting for her children’s custody. She expressed heartbreak despite still loving her husband.
In response to the video, Gaurav, known as the “Flying Beast,” stated that he would not provide any public explanations. He mentioned that men often face villainization and declared, “Even if I have to take the negativity all my life, I will take it, but will not speak about what is going on.”
Ritu later dismissed the rumors and expressed her support for Gaurav, stating in a video that he has always treated her equally. She acknowledged their differences, questioning if any relationship is without issues. She added that just because two people are parting ways doesn’t mean one is at fault.
