Toronto, 2 April, Canadian police have identified two of the eight people, including four Indians, whose bodies were discovered in a marshland area along the US-Canada border, as part of an investigation into their deaths.
Last week, the bodies of eight people were recovered from a marsh on the riverbank near Akwesasne, a community that straddles Quebec, Ontario, and New York state.
According to police, the deceased two families of Indian and Romanian descent were attempting to cross into the United States from Canada. There were two children under the age of three among them, both Canadian citizens.
