Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal’s wife Sunita Kejriwal was seen campaigning in Gujarat’s Bhavnagar on Thursday.
While addressing the rally, Sunita Kejriwal has said that they have unlawfully put my husband Arvind Kejriwal in Jail for the last 40 days. And while addressing the crowd, she further questioned that will he stay in jail for 10 years and said this is a dictatorship. “They have put Delhi CM & my husband in jail forcefully, for the last 40 days. They say that the investigation is going on, if investigations goes on for 10 years, will they keep him in jail for 10 years? It’s clearly a dictatorship.”-Sunita Kejriwal.

Further praising her husband, she said he’s educated, patriotic and a well-read person. As reported by ANI, she also said that he left his job for the sake of social service. And had went to slums for to work for the poor. “He is well read, patriotic and truthful person. For the sake of social service, he left his job and went to the slums to work for them. When we got married, he asked me just one question, I want to do social service, won’t you have any issue with that?” said Sunita Kejriwal.
Further hailing her husband, she said that people of Delhi have elected him as the chief minister 3 times. While people of Gujarat too, have elected 5 AAP legislators. And the whole country loves Arvind Kejriwal.
Later launching a scathing attack on BJP, she said “This is something the BJP folks haven’t seen, and they put him in jail on false charges.”
Bhavnagar is on the Lok Sabha constituency in Gujarat. In 2019 Lok Sabha elections, BJP Candidate Dr.bharatiben Dhirubhai Shiyal won the constituency garnering 661273 votes. Witnessing voter turnout of 59.05 percent. Defeating INC candidate Manharbhai Nagjibhai (vasani).
Bhavnagar will go polls on May 7, 2024, in the 3rd phase of the election along with the rest of the state.
