After rainfall in Haryana, dense fog blanketed several areas on Friday morning, reducing visibility to zero in Rewari and less than 20 meters in places like Jind. Clear weather prevails in other parts of Punjab, including Amritsar and Jalandhar, with the sun expected to shine.

Chandigarh reports normal conditions, while Himachal Pradesh anticipates possible snowfall. After two consecutive days of snowfall, popular tourist destinations like Shimla, Manali, Dalhousie, Bharmour, Khajjiar, and Kufri are witnessing an influx of visitors.
The Western disturbance is forecasted to be active again on 3rd and 4th February, bringing the likelihood of rain and snowfall across most areas, including Haryana and Punjab.
Over the past two days, Chandigarh and its surroundings experienced heavy rainfall, accumulating 39.6 mm. Hailstorms covered the Ambala-Chandigarh road, but the Meteorological Department has not issued any alerts for the next two days. However, there is a possibility of rain returning on February 4.
