Indicating a slowing growth ahead, India’s industrial growth, as measured by the Index of Industrial Production, declined to 2.4 per cent in November 2023, shows the data released by the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation.
Meanwhile, Consumer Price Index (retail inflation) in December stayed well above the RBI comfort range, rising to a four-month high of 5.69%.
