Manish Sisodia, Delhi’s former deputy chief minister, will remain in judicial custody until July 15, as ruled by a city court in the excise policy case. He is scheduled to appear in Rouse Avenue Court at 10:30 a.m. on July 15. Sisodia has been detained since February 26, 2023, following arrests by both the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Enforcement Directorate (ED). He resigned from the Delhi cabinet on February 28, 2023.
