The Disciplinary Committee of the Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC), led by Dr. Narendra Nath, convened on Tuesday at the DPCC headquarters, Rajiv Bhawan. The committee reached a consensus that the All India Congress Committee (AICC) should adjudicate the complaint lodged against Shri Rajkumar Chauhan, a former Delhi Minister and AICC member.

The complaint dates back to Monday where slogans against the candidature of Udit Raj from North-West Delhi were raised by the supporters of Rajkumar Chouhan.

Accordung to DPCC, In a move to uphold party discipline, the committee resolved to identify individuals who disrupted a recent press conference by chanting slogans as the three Congress candidates for the Lok Sabha elections were being introduced. Those identified will receive show cause notices as a reminder of the party’s code of conduct.

Furthermore, the Disciplinary Committee issued a call to action for all Delhi Congress party workers, urging them to dedicate their efforts to the success of the Congress candidates in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The committee emphasized the importance of refraining from any activities that could be construed as detrimental to the party’s interests.
