Priyanka Chopra frequently shares glimpses of her life on Instagram. Currently, she is busy filming the second season of Citadel in London. However, she took some time off to celebrate Dhanteras with her daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas. On Tuesday evening, Priyanka posted a photo on her Instagram Stories, showing Malti proudly displaying her colorful bangles as they marked the occasion.

In her Instagram Stories, Priyanka wished her followers a Happy Dhanteras. The shared image captured a moment where she was holding Nick Jonas’ fingers, while Malti joined them in prayer, showcasing her little wrist adorned with bangles. Priyanka captioned the post: “Happy Dhanteras to all celebrating” along with folded hands, a red heart, and diya emojis.
It seems that Malti is picking up Hindi as well. In a previous post, Priyanka shared a video of Malti attempting to speak Hindi with assistance from her dad, Nick Jonas.
Earlier this month, Priyanka returned to India to promote her brand, Max Factor. In an interview with Forbes India, she expressed that she misses the singing and dancing associated with Bollywood films. Priyanka was scheduled to appear in Jee Le Zaraa, alongside Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif, but there have been no recent updates regarding the film’s production.
Priyanka’s latest project was the American romantic comedy Love Again. She is set to star in Heads of State, featuring Idris Elba and John Cena, and will also portray a 19th-century Caribbean female pirate in The Bluff.
