DELHI’S ICONIC CAFÉ CHAIN SET TO SCALE NEW HEIGHTS

On this momentous occasion of completing 11 years in business, Café Delhi Heights is successfully running campaigns on social media through which customers can redeem vouchers, as well as win meals and contests.

Delhi’s favourite hangout spot, Café Delhi Heights, is all set to scale up with two amazing announcements. Not only has the brand completed eleven successful years in business, they have also opened perhaps their most iconic outlet as yet – in the royal environs of the Red Fort in New Delhi.

On the occasion, Vikrant Batra, founder of the brand, says, “Our cool and hippy, fun and witty café is one that everyone admires for its vibrancy, its delicious food as well as the euphoric social life its ambiance serves up for the youth of the city.” After achieving tremendous success in Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Pune, Gurugram, Noida and more, Café Delhi Heights is completing 11 years in business this June. We wholeheartedly believe that the brand is living up to its vision of being an all-day casual neighbourhood café that always manages to bring thrill, love, and provide artistry on a plate.

He further adds, “It feels so amazing to complete 11 years.” We have given all that we have to Café Delhi Heights. Our vision to introduce café culture in Delhi clicked with the audience 11 years ago, and as a brand, we are growing year after year. We started our journey from one single outlet at Crosspoint Mall in Gurugram. Today we have 30 outlets and are planning to open more in Lucknow, Dehradun, and other places. “

On this momentous occasion of completing 11 years in business, Café Delhi Heights is successfully running campaigns on social media through which customers can redeem vouchers, as well as win meals and contests. Café Delhi Heights has always managed to strike a chord with customers by doing things differently and with the promise of efficiency. Batra says, “We are here today because of our team, our staff, which comprises everyone who works with us.” So, we hosted our annual awards recently to acknowledge our team members. We are also creating exciting contests to engage the audience. These include the ‘Guess the Dish’ activity and others. The contests are mostly about creating nostalgic memorabilia for the brand.“We sold the favourite dish, Nachos Grande, for Rs 11 the entire day on June 1. Also, keeping the love of Instagram in mind, Café Delhi Heights has created a photo booth with props at their first outlet in Crosspoint Mall for people to re-live their memories and create new ones. “Right from introducing café culture to Delhi, to our casual dining culture, to our iconic Juicy Luicy burgers and more, we offer our customers the best experiences,” he says with a smile.

Another exciting announcement for the brand was that Cafe Delhi Height has become India’s first restaurant to serve inside the famous historical heritage monument, The Red Fort. The Mughlai butter chicken smothered with fresh cream, a dollop of butter, some mirchi-adrak ka tadka and laccha parantha definitely tastes much better when savoured at Delhi’s evergreen attraction—the 374-year-old Red Fort, dating back to the Mughal dynasty. In fact, Cafe Delhi Heights is India’s first restaurant to be situated inside a world-renowned national heritage monument.

Proud of this achievement, Batra says, “Food and culture are inseparable, and it’s my honour and privilege to be able to facilitate an amalgamation of Delhi’s most favourite comfort food with the regal splendour of the Red Fort.” Our endeavour at Cafe Delhi Heights has always been to serve authentic and flavourful food with a touch of history, a punch of nostalgia smothered with love to our patrons who have been on this journey with us for the last 11 years.

Cafe Delhi Heights at the Red Fort fits in with the overall architectural splendour of this monument that is known for its design, fine red sandstone and seamless fusion of many cultures into one, including Islamic, Persian and Hindu. The minimal seating allows the Mughal vibe of the place to shine through, keeping the culture and the ambience of the fort intact. Blending in with the architecture of the Quila, the interiors include an array of paintings and frames, taking one through the history of Indian culture.

“Gourmands can enjoy the pleasure of relishing a menu that is a culinary atlas full of hearty and mouth-watering delicacies. From delicious breakfasts to palatable lunches and divine dinners, one can find an array of cuisines, flavours and variety under one roof. As you take in the breath-taking views of the Red Fort, enjoy and savour along with Cafe Delhi Height’s bestsellers and chef’s specials like the ISBT makhni Maggi, and indulge in the Mumbaiya wada pao with a spicy zing, the famous burgers, an array of salads, appetizers, some wholesome pizza to Delhi highway specials, the famous lasagne, grilled biryanis, dal makhan wala, Rajasthani lal maas, Jammu special rajma rice and more. End your meal on a sweet note with a motichoor laddu cheesecake, chocolate mud-cake sundae, and more, “ends Chef Ashish Singh.
