Delhi recorded the lowest temperature this winter season on Sunday. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecast portrayed the drop in the temperature to three degrees celsius at Ridge. Cold waves are expected in the next two days and temperature will be in the range of 3-4 degrees till December 26, said the weather department.
