Delhi Police have launched an investigation after a woman was observed using a pistol to cut a birthday cake in a video that has circulated widely on social media. The incident reportedly occurred at a club on Punjabi Bagh road, as depicted in the viral footage. Following this, the club’s owner was promptly summoned to the police station for questioning.
Police stated, “On being questioned, the club owner produced a toy-lighter-pistol, which, he said, they give to customers to light candles when they celebrate birthdays.”
Authorities have urged individuals with additional information or who witnessed the celebration to step forward to confirm the authenticity of the firearm shown in the video.
