The notification is issued by the Delhi High Court for hearing of the urgent matters during summer vacations commencing from June 03, 2023 to June 30, 2023.
The arrangements are made in the following terms:
The bench of Justice Chandra Dhari Singh and Justice Girish Kathpalia: June 03, 2023 to June 09, 2023.
The bench of Justice Jasmeet Singh and Justice Vikas Mahajan: June 10, 2023 to June 16, 2023.
The bench of Justice Tara Vitasta Ganju and Justice Amit Mahajan: June 17, 2023 to June 23, 2023.
The bench of Justice C. Hari Shankar and Justice Manoj Jain: June 24, 2023 to June 30, 2023.
The notification issued for the arrangement of hearing of urgent matters by the Registrar General stated that the said that the judges will sit in Division Benches first and then they will singly to hear urgent Civil matters and the Criminal matters and also the other cases as it may be placed before them.
The notification stated by the Registrar General stated that the Hon’ble judges will sit in Court on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and such other days as they may think fit at 10.30 A.M. Further, the said notification stated that the sitting may continue for the next succeeding day if matters are to be fixed for any day are not being finished on that day.
Further, it has been added by the said court that if one of the judges is not being available on any day for any unforeseen reason, thus, the other judge may sit alone which may be subject to the condition that the such judge shall not dismiss the matters of the
Division Bench.
