In the Kanjhawala case the hearing on the bail application of accused Ashutosh, Rohini court will be heard on Thursday. Earlier on 10 January the hearing on the bail plea of Ashutosh Bhardwaj was heard by the Rohini Court, Delhi and it was later adjourned for Thursday. Meanwhile, the other six accused are under judicial custody. The concerned judge was not available today that’s why the hearing on the bail plea of Ashutosh was adjourned by Link Metropolitan Magistrate.
