The slogan ‘Tum Mujhe Khoon Do, Main Tumhein Azadi Dunga’ (Give me blood, and I will give you freedom) still inspires the youth towards national service. Today, the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose is being celebrated across the country. On this occasion, DC Rahul Huda met with the brave soldiers of the Azad Hind Fauj (Indian National Army).

The soldiers of the Azad Hind Fauj, who played a significant role in India’s independence, reside in Kosli Vidhan Sabha’s Kosli village and Jahidpur village. DC Rahul Huda, on behalf of both freedom fighters, extended his congratulations on the occasion of Netaji’s birthday during his visit to their villages.

During the meeting, DC Rahul Huda expressed that Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose continues to be a source of inspiration for the youth. On Netaji’s birthday, we visited the homes of the courageous soldiers of the Azad Hind Fauj. DC Rahul Huda expressed joy upon seeing Mangal Singh at his residence in Kosli. Mangal Singh, a resident of Kosli, is 104 years old, while Hari Singh from Jahidpur is 105 years old, having completed their entire lives. They vividly remember the tales of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s valor even today.

DC Rahul Huda appealed to the residents of the district, emphasizing the need to take various measures during the cold weather to prevent illnesses. The terror of a tiger from Alwar, entering the Rewari district’s border, is increasing day by day. In response to this, the District Magistrate (DC) Rahul stated that people should not leave their homes in the morning and evening. Regarding the latest status of the tiger, he mentioned that it has returned to Rajasthan outside the district’s border, but confirmation of its complete withdrawal is yet to be received. Therefore, precautions must be taken to stay safe.
