Filmmaker Tanuja Chandra is all set to present a documentary series titled and Wedding.con. According to the statement, the project closely follows the stories of five women as they embark on a journey to realize their dream of a happy marriage.
As the story unfolds, the search for the perfect partner take a haunting turn as they fall victims to men’s financial and emotional abuse. These women feel cheated and betrayed by these fraud men who adopted false identities and posed as suitable grooms over the internet. This five-part documentary encourages people to raise awareness and take immediate and strict action against such scams. The documentary focuses on highlighting the vulnerabilities of women who fall prey to such cronies who target easy and unsuspecting women.
