A circle is 360°. According to astrology, there are twelve zodiac signs. which is like this.:-
1. Aries, 2. Taurus, 3. Gemini, 4. Cancer, 5. Leo, 6. Virgo, 7. Libra, 8. Scorpio, 9. Sagittarius, 10. Capricorn, 11. Aquarius, 12. Pisces
1.Ashwin, 2.Bharani, 3.Kritika, 4.Rohini, 5.Mrigashira, 6.Ardra 7.Punarvasu, 8.Pushya, 9.Ashlesha, 10.Magha, 11.Purva Phalguni, 12.Uttara Phalguni, 13 .Hast, 14.Chitra, 15.Swati, 16.Vishakha, 17.Anuradha, 18.Jyestha, 19.Mool, 20.Purvashadha, 21.Uttarashadha, 22.Shravan, 23.Dhanishtha, 24.Shatabhisha, 25.Purva Bhadrapada, 26.Uttara Bhadrapada and 27.Revati.

Now let us apply mathematical rules on this:-
12 (Rashi) x 9 (Pada) = 108
27 (Nakshatra) x 4 (Pada) = 108
12 (zodiac) x 9 (planet) = 108
This proves that no matter how the multiplication is done, the total product will still be 108.
