During the elections, a case of stone pelting on Mahwa MLA and Congress candidate Om Prakash Hudla has come to light. The MLA’s car was damaged in the attack and he also suffered injuries on his hands and legs.

MLA and Congress candidate Om Prakash Hudla said, “On Friday morning around 10:30 am, he had gone to village Kanchanpura in Mahwa assembly constituency of Dausa with his supporters for the election campaign. During this time, 20-25 people came with sticks in their hands and attacked our vehicles.” He said that after this, he reached Baijupada police station with his supporters and complained to the police about the attack on him. After the incident of the attack on the Congress candidate, Bandikui and Mahwa DSP police reached the spot and controlled the crowd.

Hudla accused Kirori Lal Meena
While talking to the media, Hudla said that as soon as his convoy reached the village, more than two dozen people came there with sticks in their hands and attacked him. He and his workers also got injured as the unruly elements pelted sticks. Om Prakash said that Kirori Lal Meena was behind this attack. He said, “Kirori Lal Meena should let democracy remain healthy. When he came to my village to campaign three days ago, I had appealed to the workers to maintain peace. The entire society of Mahwa assembly constituency will decide on 25th November whether it wants peace or hooliganism.”
The force deployed in the area

After this entire incident, BJP and Congress workers have come face to face in the area. However, after receiving the information, the local police reached the spot and a force was deployed there. Further investigation of the matter is underway.

BJP’s allegations on Hudla
Zilla Parishad member Pappu Jhoothedda from BJP has made allegations against Om Prakash Hudla. He has said, “At the time when Hudla reached Kanchanpura with his supporters for public relations, at the same time BJP’s campaign chariot also reached there. There were BJP workers in the chariot. The chariot and the convoy of Hudla came face to face on a narrow path. During this time, about 30 bouncers got down from the cars that were with Hudla’s convoy and pushed and assaulted a young man. When the young man ran away from there and entered the house, the bouncers entered the house and misbehaved with the women and caught the boy and brought him out.”
