In this context, Congress has entered the field to understand the minds of the people of Punjab. Congress has initiated survey work in view of the Lok Sabha elections. It is reported that the survey is being conducted with the support of three agencies. The Congress party hopes for a positive outcome from this survey. It is learned that during the survey, the Congress party is attempting to determine what people think about the alliance between the Aam Aadmi Party and Congress, what people want. Meanwhile, opinions on the alliance in Punjab during the Chandigarh mayoral elections are also being sought. Currently, the situation of the Congress party is clear. The party is visible in both directions. One faction is in favor of the alliance between Congress and AAP, while the other faction has taken an opposing stance.
With an eye on the Lok Sabha elections, the Punjab Congress has chosen its faces. The party aims to present 5 faces in each constituency. Meanwhile, those interested in contesting the elections are also being given the opportunity to nominate themselves.
