Chhath Puja Day 3

Today marks the third and most important day of Chhath Puja, known as Sandhya Puja, where women observe a day-long fast and offer prayers to the setting sun—an event unique to this festival. This year, Chhath Puja began on November 5 with the ritual of Nahay Khay, leading up to today’s significant observance. According to the Drik Panchang, Brahma Muhurta commenced at 4:36 AM and ended at 5:26 AM, while Abhijit Muhurta is set from 11:40 AM to 12:26 PM on November 7.
