A CISF (Central Industrial Security Force) guard, responsible for the security of Congress MP from Ludhiana, Ravneet Singh Bittu, succumbed to a gunshot wound on Saturday at the MP’s residence near Rose Garden, according to the police. Authorities from Police Station Division 8 are on the scene, initiating an investigation into the incident. Both CISF and Punjab police senior officers have also arrived.
